برنامج «صقر» (9AQR) أدوات لأجهزة Windows للاعبين وصنّاع المحتوى: محرر مقاطع، ومحسّن للألعاب، ولوحة تكتيكية، ومحسّن للنظام، ومدرّب. يقدّمه [اسم المالك — يُضاف]، بموجب وثيقة العمل الحر رقم [يُضاف بعد إصدارها]. استخدامك للموقع أو البرنامج يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط.
الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة مرورك وعن كل ما يجري من حسابك. نوصي بتفعيل التحقق بخطوتين. يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يُستخدم في الاحتيال أو الإساءة أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
الباقات والأسعار
الباقة المجانية متاحة دون مقابل. الباقات المدفوعة شهرية أو سنوية، وأسعارها معروضة بالريال السعودي في صفحة الباقات. يتفعّل الاشتراك فور نجاح الدفع، ولا يتجدّد تلقائياً: قبل انتهائه تستطيع تجديده بنفسك، وإن لم تجدّده تعود إلى الباقة المجانية دون أن تفقد بياناتك. إن جدّدت الباقة نفسها قبل انتهائها بدأت المدة الجديدة من تاريخ الانتهاء.
الدفع
يتم الدفع عبر بوابة «ميسر» المرخّصة من البنك المركزي السعودي، بمدى أو Apple Pay أو STC Pay أو البطاقات الائتمانية. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزّنها؛ تذهب إلى «ميسر» مباشرة.
سياسة الاسترجاع
- تستطيع طلب استرجاع كامل المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من دفعك لأي باقة، بمراسلتنا من بريدك المسجّل مع اسم المستخدم.
- بعد الاسترجاع يعود الحساب إلى الباقة المجانية.
- يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها: عادةً خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل لمدى، و7 إلى 14 يوم عمل للبطاقات الائتمانية، بحسب البنك.
- إن خُصم منك مبلغ دون أن يتفعّل اشتراكك، راسلنا وسنفعّله أو نعيد المبلغ كاملاً.
الاستخدام المقبول
«صقر» لا يعدّل الملفات التنفيذية للألعاب ولا ذاكرتها أثناء التشغيل، ولا يقدّم أي أداة غش. يعدّل ملفات الإعدادات التي تغيّرها قوائم الألعاب نفسها، ويحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية لكل تغيير. أنت مسؤول عن التزامك بشروط كل لعبة تستخدمها، ويُمنع استخدام البرنامج في الغش أو الإضرار بالآخرين.
تحسين النظام وكسر السرعة
تحسينات النظام وكسر سرعة بطاقة الرسوميات اختيارية، ولكل تغيير نسخة احتياطية واستعادة كاملة بنقرة. الإعدادات المتقدمة معلَّمة بتحذير. تستخدمها على مسؤوليتك، ولا نتحمل ما ينتج عن تعديلات يجريها المستخدم خارج البرنامج.
الملكية الفكرية
البرنامج والموقع وعلامتا «صقر» و9AQR ملك لمالكه. أسماء الألعاب والعلامات التجارية الأخرى ملك أصحابها، و«صقر» غير تابع لـ Activision أو Riot أو Valve أو EA أو Epic.
التعديلات والقانون
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونعلن التغييرات الجوهرية في الموقع. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

9AQR («صقر») is a Windows toolkit for players and creators: a clip editor, a game optimizer, a tactical board, a system optimizer and a coach. It is provided by [owner's name — to be added] under freelance document no. [to be added once issued]. Using the site or the app means you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.
Plans and prices
The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly or yearly, priced in Saudi riyals on the plans page. A plan switches on as soon as the payment succeeds and does not renew automatically: renew it yourself before it ends, or fall back to the free plan without losing your data. Renewing the same plan early adds the new period after the current one ends.
Payment
Payments go through Moyasar, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, by mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay or credit card. We never see or store your card details; they go straight to Moyasar.
Refund policy
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying for any plan, by writing to us from your registered email with your username.
- After a refund the account returns to the free plan.
- The money goes back to the same way you paid: usually 1–3 business days for mada and 7–14 business days for credit cards, depending on the bank.
- If you were charged but your plan did not switch on, write to us and we will switch it on or refund you in full.
Acceptable use
9AQR never modifies game executables or their memory while they run, and offers no cheating tools. It edits the same settings files the games' own menus change, and backs up every change. You are responsible for following the terms of each game you play; using the app to cheat or harm others is forbidden.
System tuning and overclocking
System tweaks and GPU overclocking are optional; every change is backed up and can be undone in one click. Advanced settings carry a warning. You use them at your own risk, and we are not liable for changes made outside the app.
Intellectual property
The app, the site and the 9AQR and «صقر» marks belong to their owner. Game names and other trademarks belong to their owners; 9AQR is not affiliated with Activision, Riot, Valve, EA or Epic.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
