سياسة الخصوصية

نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها للإعلانات. هذه السياسة تشرح ما نجمعه ولماذا، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
ما نجمعه
- الحساب: اسم المستخدم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وبصمة كلمة المرور (لا كلمة المرور نفسها).
- الجلسات والأمان: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لكل جلسة، وسجل للعمليات الحساسة (تسجيل الدخول، تغيير كلمة المرور، الاشتراكات) لحماية حسابك.
- المدفوعات: الباقة والمبلغ وحالة الدفع ورقم العملية لدى «ميسر». لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزّنها.
- البرنامج: يتواصل مع خادمنا لتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الاشتراك والتحديثات فقط. إعداداتك ونتائج اختبارات جهازك ومشاريعك تبقى على جهازك.
لماذا نجمعه
لتشغيل حسابك واشتراكك، وحمايته من الاختراق، وإرسال رسائل الأمان (رموز التحقق، تنبيهات تغيير كلمة المرور)، وتسجيل مدفوعاتك. لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية دون موافقتك.
الملفات المخزّنة في المتصفح
نستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط واحداً للجلسة (محمي وغير متاح للبرمجيات)، وتخزيناً محلياً للّغة التي اخترتها. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبع أو إعلانات.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
- ميسر — لمعالجة الدفع.
- Hostinger — استضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات والبريد.
- الجهات الرسمية إذا طلب ذلك نظام نافذ.
الحماية والاحتفاظ
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة ببصمات قوية، والرموز والروابط قصيرة العمر. نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام قائماً، وبسجلات الدفع للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة.
حقوقك
لك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذف حسابك، بمراسلتنا من بريدك المسجّل. نرد خلال 30 يوماً.

Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising. This policy explains what we collect and why, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
- Account: your username, email address and a hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Sessions and security: the IP address and browser of each session, and a log of sensitive actions (sign-ins, password changes, plans) to protect your account.
- Payments: the plan, amount, status and Moyasar's payment id. We never receive or store your card details.
- The app: talks to our server only to sign in, check your plan and look for updates. Your settings, test results and projects stay on your PC.
Why
To run your account and plan, protect it from takeover, send security emails (verification codes, password-change alerts) and record your payments. We send no marketing without your consent.
Browser storage
One session cookie (HttpOnly, out of reach of scripts) and local storage for your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Who sees your data
- Moyasar — to process payments.
- Hostinger — hosting for the site, database and email.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Protection and retention
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as strong hashes, and codes and links expire quickly. We keep account data while the account exists, and payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account by writing from your registered email. We answer within 30 days.
